Pull-though braid hairstyle♥

Hello everyone!

This hairstyle is a great one if you don’t know how to french/dutch braid or even braid in general! The pull-through braid looks like a dutch braid but with a slightly different look. The “braid” itself  is bigger/fluffier (is that even a word?!?) than a regular dutch braid. There are some more differences in these styles you can see in the pictures below:

The supplies you’ll need:

Spray dry shampoo before so the hair is textured (optional). The hairspray is for fly away’s at he end (again, optional). You also will need a lot hair elastics…. a lot.

Step #1

Make two sections of hair at the top of the head, pretty close together.

Step #2

Split the bottom section in two pieces and….

Pull the top piece though them and tie with elastic.

Step #3

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
Flip the “braid” we just made up, and add a section of hair to the bottom piece. Tie with an elastic.

Step #4

Now do the same thing again. Split the bottom piece in two…

Pull the top section through them and tie with elastic. Keep doing these same steps until you reach the neck.

Step #5

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
When there is no more hair to add in (like shown above), just do step #1 and #2, skip #3 (adding hair to the bottom section).

So, splitting the back section, pulling the top through them, tie with elastic, repeat.

Keep braiding/pulling-through until you’ve run out of hair. Fluff and pull to make it seem fuller and…. FINISHED!

TIP: When you are gathering sections, keep the them relatively close together.
